Machinery Refurbishing
Since the very beginning of our working activity our company has carried out complete refurbishing for continuous extrusion blow moulding machines.
The overhaul procedure involves the complete disassembly of the machine and the replacement of every worn or damaged part. Then the machine is reconditioned and started up again for the testing.
The overhauls are arranged directly with the customer and can involve:
- Painting of the frame and mechanical parts.
- Replacement or recondition of all sliding parts.
- Replacement or recondition of barrel and extrusion screw and head.
- Replacement or recondition of all pneumatic components.
- Replacement or recondition of all hydraulics components.
- Replacements or recondition of the electrical cabinet.
