Bottle control unit
The bottle control units can: check any bottleneck obstruction, check the presence of holes, weigh the containers.
All pneumatic components are SMC, the pressure transducer is TRAFALG or GEFRAN.
All bottle control machines can be adjusted according to the height of the bottle for the alignment to the blow-moulder conveyor belt.
The leak tester unit equipped with straps tape can control approximately 3600 bottles/hour
