Continuous Extrusion Blow Moulding Machines
HMECS series, carriage horizontal stroke.
Mechanical system of the kinematic movement:
Rollers double recirculation guides (SKF or INA) with forced greasing system.
Timed Bobbing Unit to raise the extruder.
The HMECS machines can be built with single or double carriage and they can be equipped with single layer or multilayer heads, mono or multi extruders systems.
The machines can be equipped with leak tester, post cooling, trimmer, and with the large series of extrusion heads.
All moving mechanical parts are protected by steel carters.
The hydraulic circuit is constituted by ATOS pumps and MOOG proportional valves.
SMC components are fully used for the pneumatic circuit.
The gear boxes for the extruders are ZAMBELLO and all the electric motors are CANTONI.
The electronic system used is MOOG Microset, all inverters are FUJI and all the electromechanical components are SHNEIDER Electric.
They are tireless, indestructible machines, able to work with fast cycle times, to guarantee maximum efficiency.
