Mechanical system of the kinematic movement:
Tempered-steel chrome columns with bronze bushing equipped with lube groove.
The MECS machines can be designed with single or double carriage and they can be equipped with mono or multi layer head, mono or multi extruder.
The machines can be equipped with leak tester, post cooling, trimmer, and with the wide range of extrusion heads.
All the mechanical moving parts are protected by steel carters.
At the heart of the hydraulic system are ATOS pumps and MOOG proportional valves.
For the pneumatic circuit SMC components are fully used.
The gearboxes for the extruders are ZAMBELLO and all the electric motors are CANTONI.
The electronic system used is MOOG Microset, all the inverters are FUJI and all the electromechanical components are SHNEIDER Electric.
They are tireless, indestructible machines, able to work with fast cycle times, to guarantee maximum efficiency.
